**Role Overview**:
As the Coordinator of Expert Programs, you will play a crucial role under the guidance of the Director of Expert Programs, David Kalisz, PhD. Your responsibilities will include overseeing the seamless execution of our curriculum and contributing to developing our Bachelor, MSc, MBA, and programs. You will coordinate various teaching activities, manage educational content, and ensure our Expert Programs' overall quality and coherence.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Organize and coordinate teaching activities, including Inspiring Week, Specialized Tracks, and Electives, ensuring alignment with the vision of the Expert Programs Director.
- Regularly update the Course and Programs Matrix in collaboration with relevant departments.
- Design and implement training schedules across different program levels to guarantee a consistent and effective learning experience.
- Actively participate in and document teaching committees, ensuring follow-up on action items and resolution of issues.
- Coordinate the organization of MSc programs, including master classes, business tours, and professional conferences.
- Manage budgets, student relations, and compliance with training regulations.
- Enhance student engagement through efficient communication and support.
- ** Experience**: Minimum of 2 years in higher education or a related field. Proven expertise in program management.
- ** Education**: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field. A Master’s degree is preferred but not mandatory.
- ** Skills**: Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, capable of making decisions under pressure. Proficiency in office automation tools and fluency in English are must-haves.
- ** Qualities**: Autonomy, quick decision-making ability, effective stress management, and a commitment to continuous improvement.
- ** Languages**: English and French, at least upper-intermediate: B2.
