**YOUR DAY TO DAY LIFE**

We are looking for a **Business lawyer (Europe)** in 113 Route de Paris, TASSIN-LA-DEMI-LUNE 69160 FRA. Your mission will be to:
**The context of your position**

As part of a replacement for maternity leave, we are looking for a Business Lawyer, on a Fixed-Term Contract, for a period of approximately 5 months from mid-September 2023.
This position could be based in Tassin, lyon or Berlin, Germany). Open to our teleworking policy (2 days / week).

**Your main missions**

Within the European legal team and under the responsibility of the European Legal Director, you assist operational staff at European level, in collaboration with local external advisers if necessary, and take charge of the following missions:

- Analyze, draft, negotiate and monitor commercial and supplier contracts,
- Support companies located within the European perimeter in company law,
- Analyze and draft intra-group contracts, in support of the Finance teams,
- Assist teams in insurance lawEnsure teams comply with GDPR and Sapin 2 regulations,
- Assist operational teams with their daily legal issues.

**YOUR PROFILE**

**Your profile**:

- You have a French or foreign Master's degree in Business and Corporate Law.
- You have at least 2 years of professional experience in a law firm or in an international group.
- Fluency in English (written and spoken) is imperative to succeed in this international context. Fluency in a third language would be a plus.
- The ability to work in project mode with internal and external contacts of different nationalities, a sense of contact, communication and service, curiosity, reactivity and versatility are essential for success in this mission.
- Critical analysis of the problems raised and the provision of adequate and pragmatic solutions are also key.
