**Qu'allez-vous faire chez nous ?**Intégré au sein du bureau d’études de Liebherr-Mining, **la/le Project Manager assure la gestion des projets de développement de produits, technologies ou process qui lui sont attribués**. Votre rôle sera de:

- Définir le projet à partir des besoins préalablement identifiés par le Product Management,
- Vérifier et suivre la faisabilité du projet en termes de performance, qualité, délais et coûts,
- Définir les ressources nécessaires et estimer le temps requis,
- Réaliser la planification du projet,
- Travailler en étroite collaboration avec la/le responsable technique de projet garant des choix techniques,
- Piloter avec une vision d’ensemble le projet, encourager et organiser la collaboration entre les différents services,
- Communiquer avec les parties prenantes et assurer le reporting aux donneurs d’ordre,
- Anticiper les risques, les points critiques, faire des revues périodiques afin de faire valider les étapes, vérifier les avancements, résoudre les problèmes, rediscuter des évolutions nécessaires, prendre les décisions ou les faire appliquer.
- Poste en CDI, statut cadre en forfait jours (convention collective de la Métallurgie), possibilité de 2j de télétravail par semaine
- Prime de vacances, prime de régularité, Participation, chèques vacances, 13ème mois, Percol
- Restaurant d'entreprise
- Un Comité Economique et Social actif et une bonne couverture santé et prévoyance prise en charge à 90% par l'employeur.

Profil recherché

**Qui recherchons-nous ?**Votre profil**:

- Vous avez 5 ans d’expérience minimum dans un environnement de développement de produit,
- Vous maîtrisez l’animation de réunions multidisciplinaires,
- Vous avez un fort esprit d’équipe et êtes fort de proposition,
- Vous faites preuve de diplomatie,
- Vous parlez couramment anglais, l’allemand serait un plus.
