**Nous rejoindre en tant que Lead Frontend Engineer Production Team chez Pretto**

Notre mission est de rendre le crédit immobilier plus accessible, et notre stratégie repose sur l'UX et la qualité de notre produit. Elle fait déjà la différence dans le parcours de nos utilisateurs, mais nous voulons qu'elle devienne une référence dans son ensemble.

Afin d'y arriver, nous investissons sur notre stack frontend afin d'obtenir le parcours client le plus agréable et abouti possible.

Dans ce cadre nous sommes à la recherche d'un Lead Front-end pour rejoindre l’équipe Pretto B2C.

Tu aura pour responsabilité de faire progresser les membres de ton équipe et de garantir la qualité et la stabilité des produits.

Tu ne t’occupera pas du management humain des équipes.

A ce poste, il est possible d’évoluer ensuite vers un poste de Staff Frontend ou d’Engineering Manager.

- Construction de la vision tech sur l'ensemble des produits B2C,
- Participation à la conception avec un regard particulier sur la faisabilité tech,
- Mise en place et maintien d'une architecture solide et de qualité,
- Participation aux décisions de priorisation,
- Encadrement technique des devs de ton équipe sur la partie frontend.

**\uD83D\uDC6B Ton profil**:

- Au moins 4 ans d'expérience en développement frontend, à gérer des problématiques de scale sur un produit web et des SP,
- Adéquation avec les valeurs de l'entreprise et de l'équipe : Humilité, Bienveillance, Exigence, Responsabilité,
- Bonne curiosité et culture technique, auto-formation: nous recrutons un référent pour l’équipe sur ces sujets,
- Connaissances sur notre stack : Typescript, Javascript, React, Vue, ReactNative, Gatsby, Netlify, Expo, etc,
- Tu apportes de l’importance à la qualité et à l’expérience utilisateur.
