**REPORTS TO**:Digital Creative Director dotted to the Studio manager

**SCOPE OF WORK**

**GENERAL MISSIONS**:
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Studio Assistant to join our production studio team.

The Studio Assistant will provide crucial support to the Studio Manager on the day-to-day operations of the studio, ensuring a smooth workflow and contributing to the overall success of our projects.

**WHAT YOU WILL DO**:
Assist with various administrative tasks, including scheduling appointments, managing calendars, and coordinating meetings.

Maintain a clean and organized studio environment, ensuring equipment, supplies, and props are properly stored and readily available.

Ensure all the logistics and delivery needs from or to the Studio and SESAME’s clients.

Prepare and set up studio spaces for production activities, including lighting, props, and other necessary equipment.

Collaborate with production team members to support the execution of shoots, including assisting with set design, prop sourcing, and managing logistics.

Assist in the management and maintenance of equipment inventory, ensuring that all items are in good working condition and readily available for use.

Provide support during photo and video shoots, including operating cameras, managing lighting setups, and assisting with audio recording.

Help in post-production tasks, such as organizing and cataloging media files, basic video editing, and image retouching as needed.

Assist with coordination of talent and crew, including scheduling, travel arrangements, and providing on-set support.

Contribute to the creative process by offering ideas, suggestions, and solutions to enhance the quality and efficiency of productions.

Follow established safety protocols and ensure a safe working environment for all staff and contributors.

Replace the Studio Manager in his/her main tasks when the Studio Manager is absent or away.

**PROFILE & CAPABILITIES**
- High school diploma or equivalent. Relevant education or training in media production or related fields is a plus
- English business proficiency
- Familiarity with photography and videography equipment, lighting setups, and production processes
- Proficient in basic video editing software and image retouching tools
- Connected to social network and like social network environment and industry
