As the business has grown, Gabriel Scott requires a dedicated, driven to join our inventory team & order preparation team in our Montreal Warehouse:
**Responsibilities**:

- Constant monitor and review open WO for new project to prepare (“Pull”)
- Double check all Custom WOs, report to head of department if any mistake/errors
- Pull components as per BOM list
- Coordinate with receiving for incoming PO arrived at the warehouse
- Taking care of incoming POs, prepare a complete reservation list
- Physically receive PO from inbound and distribute to the associate WO/Bins.
- Update System notes after pulling parts, update or request for new PO if parts standard does not pass the QC.
- Help builders to find the pulled/reserved components and also exchange parts if damage/tarnish during production.
- Update all notes in the BOM (hard copy).
- Make sure all components are in the right Bin and right location.
- Organize the pulling shelves and regularly cross-check to ensure no extra or expired/shipped GS# (built or canceled projects) components/glasses are not on the shelves.
- Help to prepare in house rework
- Keep a neat and clean pulling area and follow health and safety rules.
- Carry out any other duties assigned by the manager/head of the department.
