En tant que Sr. Project Manager, vous travaillerez directement avec nos clients, et développerez des relations de confiance grâce à votre investissement constant pour garantir la satisfaction du client. Vous définirez stratégiquement les processus opérationnels, dirigerez plusieurs projets d'implémentation, serez responsable des membres de l'équipe projet iCIMS tout en facilitant les changements organisationnels chez les clients.

As a Sr. Project Manager, you will work directly with our customers, building positive relationships through a consistent and driven dedication to client satisfaction. You will strategically define business processes, lead various implementation projects, be responsible for iCIMS project team members, and facilitate organizational change for clients.

Responsabilités:

- Fournir un niveau de service exceptionnel à toutes les parties prenantes (clients, fournisseurs et ressources internes).
- Diriger des projets d'implémenation et de sProfessional Services pour les nouveaux clients ainsi que pour les clients existants
- Diriger les projets de mise en œuvre les plus importants et les plus complexes
- Confirmation initiale de la portée du projet et élaboration de l'énoncé des travaux (EDT)
- Contribuer à l'élaboration et à la gestion de la portée du projet, des problèmes et des préoccupations des clients tout en définissant continuellement les attentes des clients
- Les responsabilités peuvent inclure des consultations sur place, l'établissement d'une stratégie d'optimisation, le soutien à des déploiements en plusieurs phases et la gestion de migrations et d'intégrations de données complexes (SIRH, antécédents, évaluation et autres)
- Prendre en charge diverses connexions de données entre iCIMS et des fournisseurs tiers (via des méthodes CSV, XML, Web Services API)
- Delivers exceptional customer service to all Clients (clients, vendors and internal resources)
- Leads Implementation and Professional Services Projects of new and existing iCIMS Customers
- Leads Implementation projects of largest and most complex variety
- Performs initial project scope confirmation and development of Statement of Work (SOW)
- Assists with the development and management of project scope, issues and customer concerns while continually setting client expectations
- Responsibilities may include on-site consultations, setting of optimization strategy, supporting multi-phase roll-outs, and handling of complex data migrations and integrations (HRIS, Background, Assessment, and others)
- Support various Data Connections between iCIMS and 3rd party vendors (via CSV, XML, Web Services API methods)

Qualifications:

- Minimum de 3 ans d'expérience dans la gestion de projets logiciels
- Capacité à établir des partenariats efficaces avec des clients dans de nombreux secteurs, à tous les niveaux de l'organisation d'un client, tout en fournissant un niveau élevé de service à la clientèle.
- Capacité avérée à influencer les partenaires interfonctionnels et les cadres supérieurs pour influencer la prise de décision.
- Compréhension du SaaS et des principes fondamentaux, des processus et de la terminologie des environnements de sourcing, de recrutement et d'intégration des entreprises.
- Capacité à identifier les besoins des systèmes, à définir des procédures d'assistance et à mettre en œuvre des solutions commerciales pratiques dans des délais multiples.
- L'analyse stratégique, la résolution créative de problèmes et le jugement professionnel sont nécessaires.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in software project management
- Ability to effectively partner with customers across many industries, at all levels of a client's organization, while providing a high level of customer service.
- Proven ability to influence cross-functional partners and upper management to impact decision-making
- Understanding of SaaS and the fundamentals, processes and terminology of corporate sourcing, recruiting and on-boarding environments.
- Ability to identify systems requirements, define support procedures, and implement practical business solutions under multiple deadlines
- Strategic analysis/creative problem solving and business judgment are required
