Nous recherchons pour le compte de notre client, spécialisé dans la grande distribution, un** Community Manager H/F.**

Au sein de l'équipe digitale du service Marketing, vous travaillerez en collaboration avec un autre Community manager pour prendre en charge la gestion des réseaux sociaux de notre enseigne (Facebook et Instagram).

Vos missions & votre évolution
- Mettre en place des campagnes d'influence mettant en avant nos produits (alimentaires et non alimentaires),
- Être le relais sur nos réseaux sociaux de nos campagnes de communication 360,
- Concevoir des campagnes spécifiques aux réseaux sociaux pour nos différentes verticales (actualité de nos supermarchés, Lidl-voyages, Lidl-vins),
- Echanger quotidiennement avec notre service client afin de gérer le Community management de nos pages/comptes,
- Collaborer régulièrement avec des agences externes pour la mise en place de campagnes de communication, de modération de nos comptes et de social listening,
- Gérer le social listening et mener une veille sur les tendances.
- Vous êtes diplômé d’une formation Bac +5 avec une spécialisation en Marketing digital,
- Vous justifiez d’une expérience sur un poste similaire d’au moins 2 ans (apprentissage inclus),
- Vous êtes rigoureux, curieux, dynamique, organisé et force de proposition,
- Vous parlez anglais couramment afin d’échanger avec notre maison mère.

Ce que nous vous proposons
- Un poste en CDI, statut Agent de Maîtrise, au sein de notre Siège à Rungis (déménagement prévu à Chatenay-Malabry en 2024).
- Une rémunération comprise entre 2 598€ brut mensuel et 2 806€ brut mensuel en fonction du profil et de l’expérience.
- Un accord télétravail : 2 jours par semaine après 3 mois d'ancienneté.
- Une formation à notre concept et à nos produits.
