Rattaché au **VP Engineer /** **Engineering Director**, vous **piloterez **une **équipe d'ingénieurs logiciels **composée de Développeurs, Tech Lead, DevOps et Testeurs.
En tant que leader charismatique et expérimenté, vous possédez une compréhension approfondie du développement logiciel, des technologies du cloud, de la sécurité et du DevSecOps.
- Vous serez garant de la **planification**, de **l'organisation **et du **suivi **du travail de l'équipe, ainsi que de la **motivation **et du **développement **des ingénieurs.
- Vous saurez vous intégrer parfaitement dans une démarche **Agile **à l'échelle au sein d'une organisation **Product & Dev** de plus de 350 personnes.
**Voici vos futures missions**:
- Définir les **objectifs **et les **priorités **de l'équipe en collaboration avec son manager, les architectes et les Tech Leads ;
- Collaborer à la définition des architectures logicielles et des systèmes ;
- Piloter, en lien avec les Tech leads, le développement et la maintenance des logiciels et des plateformes ;
- S’assurer du respect des** délais**, de la** qualité **et des** budgets **des différentes **livraisons **;
- Mettre en place et gérer les processus **DevSecOps **au sein de son équipe en lien avec les autres Engineering Manager et les Tech Leads ;
- Suivre les **performances des équipes** et apporter les améliorations nécessaires ;
- Suivre le **budget **et les **ressources humaines** de l'équipe ;
- Recruter, former et développer les ingénieurs ;
**Motiver **et **coacher **l'équipe ;
**Respecter les exigences réglementaires** en vigueur dans le domaine de la eSanté (ISO, marquage CE, exigence de conformité cyber, HDS, etc) ;
- Assurer la **communication **et la **collaboration **avec les autres équipes:
- Les équipes de **Produits **pour comprendre les besoins du marché et traduire les exigences en solutions techniques innovantes et différenciées ;- Les équipes **Infrastructures Cloud **en promouvant une culture DevSecOps et en intégrant **l'automatisation **et la** gestion des risques** dans toutes les étapes du cycle de vie des logiciels ;- Dynamiser la **culture « Tech »** et la véhiculer aussi bien au sein du groupe Softway Medical qu’à l’extérieur du groupe.
- Identifier et suivre les projets éligibles au crédit d'impôt recherche ;
- Fournir des **rapports réguliers sur les performances** et les progrès techniques pour améliorer l'efficacité et la rentabilité des investissements en Engineering et Cloud ;
**Les compétences requises pour ce poste**:
**10 années d'expérience** dans le domaine de l'**ingénierie logicielle** (dev, techlead, architectes, DevOps) avec une équipe d’une quinzaine de personnes, dont au moins 5 années dans un poste de leadership ;
- Excellentes compétences en **leadership **et en **communication **;
- Capacité à définir une **vision claire **et à la traduire en une **stratégie concrète** ;
- Capacité à travailler de manière **collaborative **et **transversale **;
- Expérience de travail en **agilité à l’échelle** ;
- Expérience produit sur des solutions à la fois **Cloud **et **OnPremises **;
- Expérience de travail en lien avec un **VP Engineering **et une équipe **Product **;
- Solides **compétences analytiques** et de **résolution de problèmes** ;
- Connaissance approfondie des technologies du **cloud**, de la **sécurité**, du **DevOps **et du **développement logiciel** ;
- Maîtrise des outils et méthodes de gestion de **cycle de vie de produits** ;
- Langues: Français courant, anglais courant.

- Compréhension des enjeux des **frameworks **de développement ;
- Expérience dans le **TDD**, le **CI/CD** et l'approche **DevSecOps **;
- Expérience dans la gestion d'**équipes multiculturelles** ;
- Capacité à gérer le stress et à travailler sous pression.
