Vous êtes titulaire d’un Bac+5 en informatique, en électronique ou tout autre domaine similaire ?

Vous avez une expérience d’au moins 15 ans sur un poste similaire ?

Vous bénéficiez de compétences techniques solides dans le domaine d’IT et idéalement dans la cryptographie, cyber sécurité et/ou la biométrie ?

Vous connaissez le secteur de la biométrie ?

On vous reconnait votre leadership, votre relationnel et votre excellente communication, à l’écrit et à l’oral ?

Votre capacité à prendre des décisions sur des sujets complexes, et votre sens du service sont reconnus.

Vous parlez anglais couramment et êtes ouverts à des déplacements réguliers nationaux et internationaux ?

Ce poste est rattaché aux activités Digital Identity & Security, au sein du département Identity & Biometric Solutions (IBS).

Nous recherchons un Senior Project Manager en capacité de répondre aux attentes des clients en proposant des solutions et services en lien avec les éléments prédéfinis du contrat. Il faudra également savoir identifier les besoins du client et soutenir l’activité pré-vente autant pour les clients actuels que pour les prospects.

Les missions principales sur la Gestion de projet seront:

- Veiller au respect des délais, du budget et de la qualité conformément au contrat établis
- Être l’interface principale pour le client, l’équipe technique et les fournisseurs
- Élaborer la stratégie du projet et veiller à ce que les activités soient conformes aux engagements contractuels
- Rendre compte de l’avancement du projet à la direction du DIS de Thales et aux parties prenantes
- Établir le budget du projet, suivre les coûts des projets tout en maintenant la rentabilité
- Gérer les livraisons et les contrats de sous-traitance
- Gérer les risques et les impacts du projet
- Identifier les besoins et les moyens pour assurer la réalisation du projet
- Gérer, coordonner, motiver et informer l’équipe de projet
- Superviser et garantir la qualité de tous les livrables du projet (logiciels, matériel, documentation, formation, déploiement, etc.)
- Mettre en œuvre le processus qualité conformément au processus internes de la gestion du projet et de l’ingénierie
- Assurer le delivery conformément au contrat et mettre en œuvre des plans d'amélioration continue
- Identifier les leçons apprises lors des réunions projet et les communiquer à l’équipe afin de capitaliser les nouvelles connaissances
- Coordonner avec les autres chefs de projet pour créer et développer le partage des bonnes pratiques (modules réutilisables, etc.)
- En fonction de l’expérience du projet, participer au plan d’amélioration des processus

Les missions principales pour votre contribution à activité avant-vente:

- Gérer les opportunités et les demandes d'évolution des Solutions et Services et coordonner la préparation des offres avec le chargé de clientèle
- Influencer les besoins et les exigences des clients en fonction de l'offre de Thales DIS
- Identifier et soutenir les nouvelles opportunités commerciales pour les clients existants.
- Identifier les besoins supplémentaires des clients pendant la livraison du projet et pendant la période d’assistance et de maintenance afin d’augmenter les ventes de solutions et de services

This position reports to the Identity & Biometric Solutions (IBS) department, within the Gobla Business Unit "Digital Identity & Security".

We are looking for a Senior Project Manager able to meet customer expectations by offering solutions and services related to the predefined elements of the contract. It will also be necessary to identify the customer’s needs and support the pre-sales activity for both current and prospective customers.

Knowledge, Skills And Experience:

- Engineering or Master's degree in Computer Science
- +15 years experience in similar position
- Fluent English & French
