- Requirements management is your area of expertise? You wish to take up a new challenge to shape the electrical world of tomorrow in an international, customer oriented and innovative family business?

We are looking for our future **Requirements Engineer (M/F/d)** for our internal start-up Hager next, dedicated to technological exploration and anticipation. The position is based in Obernai.

**Your missions**

As a member of our internal start-up Hager next, you will be responsible for producing detailed product specifications for our electrical protection products and systems. You will be part of an enthusiastic team and will contribute to the following activities:

- Analysing and challenging the functional specifications
- Drafting and monitoring product and system specifications between the marketing and the project development teams
- Coordinating all project disciplines in the drafting of product/system specifications
- Draft project documentation, particularly in the form of technical notes
- Support the laboratory/validation and industrial teams to ensure full understanding of product and system requirements
- Ensuring the consistency of the overall solution and its requirements between the internal development teams and external partners

**Your profile**

With an engineering degree or equivalent academic qualification, preferably in embedded electronics, you have initial experience in the field of project management assistance and specification writing, ideally with projects involving electromechanical and mechatronic products.

Familiarity with Azure DevOps for requirements management would be appreciated.

You are creative and know how to challenge the state of the art. You enjoy technical challenges and you're not afraid to start from scratch.

You have a good level of English in a professional environment (B2). German is a plus.

You have a strong entrepreneurial spirit and are able to work collaboratively in a constantly changing environment.

Recognised for your leadership and your rigor, you have also strong analytical, synthesis and communication skills.

Your sense of initiative, team spirit and autonomy will be your best assets to succeed in your mission.
