Haveagooday est une Startup, en hyper croissance, présente sur Paris, BordeauxLyon et Bruxelles en fin d’année. Nous accompagnons nos clients, de grandes entreprises, de grands Groupes immobiliers et des Sociétés de Coworking, à dynamiser leurs immeubles de bureaux et à développer la qualité de vie des salariés. Pour cela, nous upgradons les services, gérons les Accueils - Réceptions - Conciergeries & parties communes comme des lieux de vie et développons les animations pour créer une atmosphère de travail unique.

Haveagooday est ainsi considérée comme la Société de services « NEW GENERATION » de l’immobilier tertiaire. Pour accompagner notre croissance, nous recherchons un officer/réceptionniste pour un très beau building, dans le secteur de Thiers / Part Dieu, a quelques pas des Brotteaux.

**Description de vos missions**:

- Vous assurez l’accueil physique et téléphonique des clients/résidents et leurs invités;
- Vous guidez et accompagnez les salariés dans leur demande de services ;
- Vous assurez la bonne tenue des lieux ;
- Vous assurez le tri et la distribution de courriers ;
- Vous réceptionnez certaines livraisons ;
- Vous êtes garant de la bonne image de l’entreprise.

**Profil**

Vous aimez rendre les gens heureux, vous avez déjà managé une équipe, vous êtes une personne dotée d’un sens du service clients hors pair, êtes de nature positive, enthousiaste, organisée, rigoureuse, fiable et engagée et vous souhaitez porter et véhiculer les valeurs de notre Société, alors rejoignez-nous pour participer à une belle aventure dans une start up en pleine croissance
