Want to join a fast-moving company and work among convivial teams? Pernod Ricard is looking for its next Service Delivery Analyst Apprentice from September 2024. You will be based in our offices in central Paris.

Embark on a thrilling apprenticeship with Pernod Ricard Tech, where innovation and strategy converge to redefine the global Tech landscape. Join our team as a Service Delivery Analyst Apprentice and play a role in shaping the future of Pernod Ricard Tech during an exciting Agile and Product transformation journey.

Your key missions:

- You support project managers in France on various ongoing projects: develop project plans, objectives, and budgets; identify necessary resources.
- You organize and manage all project phases to ensure timely completion; support transition to the RUN phase by working on the transition and associated documentation.
- You assist in demand management, prioritize service requests and improvement requests.
- You assist or manage technical writing and documentation of processes and procedures.
- You report.
- You coach and traine on services provided by the Service Delivery team.
- You respond to audit assignments (AZURE / AD / EXCHANGE).
- You manage communication on major incidents, on problem management, assist on taskforce management (and other ITSM practices: change, configuration - CMDB).

During Your Apprenticeship, You Will Develop:

- PMO Expertise: Develop expertise in Project Management Office activities, emphasizing oversight and coordination.
- Analytics & Reporting: Gain proficiency in data analytics and reporting techniques, contributing valuable insights for decision-making.
- ITSM Skills: Work with different ITSM practices and tools
- Global and Local Organization Dynamics: Experience the dynamics of a global organization, understanding how decisions impact a worldwide tech environment. How these global decisions impact and work with a local environment.
