**We are looking for a **Global Product Line Manager Outdoor Apparel W/M** to**:

- Work with the Apparel Product Director and the rest of the product management team to help execute the vision, strategies and seasonal concepts for a portion of the global apparel business. You will be responsible for the execution of innovative, profitable, new products that will entice our target consumer.
- You will participate to the development of the seasonal initiatives and line plans having direct ownership over specific aspects of our internal/external collaboration processes.
- Working with the other Product line managers, you will provide clear product direction to the Design team and work cross-functionally with the product creation team and the product merchandising team to develop product lines, meet key dates, and achieve net sales, net margin, and corporate objectives.
- Working with the product merchandising team, you will identify long-term trends and opportunities based on analysis of product, consumer and competitive trends in the market. You will participate to the development of seasonal business plans and drive to achieve these.

**You will work in close collaboration with our Leadership, R&D, Design, Brand, Global subsidiaries, Finance and Commercial** **teams.**

**You will report directly to the Global Apparel Product Director.**

**Main Activities**:

- The focus of the Product Line manager is to meet the unique apparel needs of the outdoor apparel consumer. Through insight and in-depth knowledge of the industry and the consumer, this position will drive the creation of on-trend, market-right and brand-right product lines.
- Create and present seasonal product briefs that inspire both design and development in the product process. Incorporate marketplace influences and consumer insights. Seek input from Design, Development, Sales, and Retailers. Ensure that briefs are developed in accordance with brand, department and category strategies.
- Participate to the creation of new and innovative product ideas and initiatives by collaborating on research and approval process. Develop and manage these ideas from the conceptual stage through design, development, launch and market rollout.
- Present seasonal plans, product concepts and designs to key internal and external partners, as well as senior management in order to develop new product line offerings. Attend and present assigned category product lines to merchandising teams and regional sales force at sales meetings and internal waypoints, as well as key retailers during marketplace visits.
- Act as category team leader and develop a collaborative working environment among product creation teams. Resolve process issues and recommend ways to continually improve the interaction of team members as well as process efficiencies.
- Manage product creation process to ensure that key milestones are achieved. Ensure seamless interaction to deliver a product line that is designed, developed and manufactured to meet product requirements, market needs, margin goals, and calendar timelines.
- Provide guidance to the Product executive in order to ensure the accuracy of the style and product line information in the PLM system throughout the creation process. Help define and prepare communication materials for category.

- _ Travailler avec le directeur des produits de Apparel et le reste de l'équipe de gestion des produits pour aider à mettre en œuvre la vision, les stratégies et les concepts saisonniers pour une partie de l'activité mondiale de l’Apparel Vous serez responsable de l'exécution de nouveaux produits innovants et rentables qui séduiront notre consommateur cible._
- _ Vous participerez à l'élaboration des initiatives saisonnières et des plans de ligne en ayant la responsabilité directe d'aspects spécifiques de nos processus de collaboration interne/externe._
- _ En collaboration avec les autres responsables de ligne de produits, vous fournirez une orientation claire à l'équipe de conception et travaillerez de manière transversale avec l'équipe de création de produits et l'équipe merchandising produits pour développer des lignes de produits, respecter les dates clés et atteindre les objectifs de ventes nettes, de marge nette et d'entreprise._
- _ En collaboration avec l'équipe merchandising produits, vous identifierez les tendances et les opportunités à long terme en vous basant sur l'analyse des tendances des produits, des consommateurs et de la concurrence sur le marché. Vous participerez à l'élaboration des business plans saisonniers et vous vous efforcerez de les réaliser._
