Contract Summary
- Creation / Improvement of marketing tools and commercial presentations (RWC 2023 / FIBA)
- Product development and validation (RWC 2023 / FIBA)
- Support for the proper functioning of the online stores (RWC 2023 / FIBA)
- Translation of English / French content
- Daily management of the program licensees
- Follow-up and coordination of CRM campaigns (design, planning, strategy) (RWC 2023)
- Activity report and client reporting
- Monitoring and surveillance of the RWC 2023 and FBWC 2023 brands
