At STX, we believe our people are central to our success. By joining the STX team in France, you will be responsible for ensuring that all HR legal obligations are respected, developing people, and enhancing HR and administrative management processes in compliance with French labor laws.

You will play a vital role in delivering excellent services and achieving our growth ambitions at STX, as part of the HR Services team, consisting of HR advisors and HR operations colleagues.

Your responsibilities will include:
Act as the primary contact person for local employees based in France and managers for questions and changes
- Ensuring that all HR procedures and policies of STX are implemented correctly and compliant with French labor law.
- Maintaining accurate HR records, preparing paperwork when needed, and handling all administrative tasks to ensure compliance with all labor laws and relevant regulations and recording it in the employee e-handbook and workflow platform
- Coordinating HR actions in France by collaborating with other teams, including Payroll, Human Capital Development, Talent Acquisition, and Office Management
- Oversee compliance with mandatory and non-mandatory training.
- Play a crucial role in transferring knowledge and expertise, enabling the local office to smooth the transition into a hybrid role encompassing both Talent Acquisition and HR functions.

**Key Requirements**
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, and a minimum of 3 years HR experience in the HR Services field and in a fast-paced environment.
- In-depth knowledge of HR best practices, policies, procedures, French employment laws, and regulations. Experience setting up new entities abroad is considered a plus.
- Proven ability to build (part of) an HR department, e.g. writing policies, implementing procedures, structure, and standardize way of working.
- Demonstrated excellent communication and interpersonal skills, along with the capacity to resolve issues, influence and negotiate effectively.
- Demonstrated project, analytical and problem-solving abilities, with high attention to detail.
- Fluent proficiency in both French and English languages is essential for success in this role.
- This is a one-year contract (CDD).
