**Skincare Education Specialist France**

**Full Time | Paris**

**Why are we looking for you?**

We are looking for you because you are a beauty expert by core. You have the drive to inspire and educate customers, influencers, press and our local retailers on our products and our smart, safe skincare philosophy. You will be operating in France where we are selling our products online via our own website, Amazon, Samaritaine, BHV, Galeries Lafayette stores throughout the country and Smets in Luxemburg.

Within this role you are an energetic, outgoing and experienced trainer in the cosmetics and beauty industry. You have a passion to interact with all types of people and educate them. You are not afraid in front of the camara whilst being the ambassador and the face presenting Paula’s Choice Skincare on social media.

**What will you do?**
- Responsible for conducting Skincare & Product training (in-house and on-site);
- The on-site specialist for most events and live social beauty sessions (Instagram live, Facebook e.g.);
- Regularly visit our points of sale in Paris (and occasionally other cities in France) to make sure our instore presence is of a high standard & exchange with store staff;
- Always demonstrate our brand philosophy and lead by example, when in stores and with customers;
- Building and creating working relationships with influencers, journalists, customers and retailers;
- You will have regular meetings with your European counterparts and together (further) develop our education tools;
- Occasionally we will also ask you to work on evenings or weekends for ad hoc events.

**What will you bring?**
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in beauty education role;
- Passion for beauty, with excellent tone of voice towards customers;
- Great social media presence without any fear to speak and host conversations on social platforms;
- French speaker. Good level of English is a must;
- The ability to travel to various locations within France;
- Confident and engaging, with the ability to present with passion to a wide range of people in a variety of environments;
- Excellent communicator, collaborator and team player;
- Ability to work in a constantly evolving environment, making judgment calls and shifts in process models as needed;
- Positive attitude and high energy to tackle new challenges and ambiguous problems.
