**Job Description**:
We are looking for a **Ecommerce Merchandise Planner W/M** to be responsible of : managing the assortment and inventory sufficiency to deliver the growth of **Wilson** Ecommerce in EMEA.

Working closely with supply chain and site merchandising teams you will forecast, plan and optimize inventory to delight the consumer and maximise sales, margin and sell thru.

You will drive the future assortment needs of the channel, utilizing data analytics and conveying the consumer perspective when building recommendations.

You will provide clear insights to the ecommerce team on product and category rate of sale and inventory sufficiency to aid the planning of commercial activations.

**Main activities**:
**Merchandise Analysis**
- Manage and control inventory levels, in partnership with Supply, to optimize sales, gross margin and sell through of product.
- Analyze historical data and current trends to identify risks and opportunities by category and product type.
- Using current and historical sales data; plan and forecast in-season sales and inventory on a weekly, monthly and quarterly basis.

**Inventory Planning**
- Forecast future inventory needs and manage contract creation for all countries and categories.
- Work with Supply Chain to regularly optimize contracts and ensure we have the right stock, in the right place, at the right time.
- Proactively build recommendations of inventory to be included in promotions or activations to reduce overstock and drive revenue.
- Support site merchandising with inventory management for both long term planned, and short term ad-hoc activations.

**Merchandise Planning**
- Make clear recommendations on the assortment needed for Wilson Ecom, based on both consumer needs and maximizing sales, margin and profit.
- Understand consumer and local market requirements through research and sales analysis.
- Build strong & collaborative relationships with Brand Commercial Leads & Supply Chain.
- Work closely with marketing and site merchandising to ensure alignment between assortment plans, brand initiatives, promotions and activations.
- Nous recherchons _**_un(e) Ecommerce Merchandise Planner H/F _**_qui sera en charge de_**_ :_**_ maximiser la disponibilité des produits dans le but de délivrer la croissance de _**_Wilson_**_ Ecom en Europe. _
- En étroite collaboration avec les équipes supply chain et E-Commerce, il planifiera et optimisera les stocks pour satisfaire les clients tout en maximisant les ventes et les objectifs de marge. _
- Il aura pour mission de garantir la disponibilité des produits des saisons en cours et futures. _
- De plus, il utilisera les données chiffrées pour faire des recommandations clés à l’équipe afin d’optimiser la gestion des produits, des catégories et des activations commerciales._

**_ Principales activités :_**

**_ Analyses / Reporting_**
- _ Gérer et contrôler le niveau de stock afin d’optimiser et atteindre les objectifs de ventes._
- _ Analyser l’historique des ventes et des stocks actuels afin d’identifier les risques et opportunités par catégorie de produit. _
- _Anticiper et planifier le stock des saisons actuelles et futures. _
- _Préparer le S&OP mensuel avec la supply chain de la catégorie, avec l’actualisation des prévisions de ventes, du plan d’approvisionnement, de l’inventaire, et des risques et opportunités._

**_ Contrats et inventaires_**
- _ Gérer et entrer les contrats pour toutes les catégories de produits dans SAP pour l’année suivante. _
- _Optimiser les contrats pour garantir les bonnes quantités de stock. _
- _Alerter les équipes opérations E-commerce des risques de ruptures._
- _ Monitorer le stock chaque semaine, identifier les ruptures potentielles ou les excès de stock, relâcher ou re-booker du stock en conséquence._

**_ Amélioration continue_**
- _ Préparer un bilan de la saison avec les KPIs et principaux renseignements._
- _ Adapter les process en conséquence, maintient et anime un plan d’action._
- _ Contribue à la transformation du D2C et du Merchandising Wilson en menant des projets d’améliorations clés (gestion des stocks dans SAP, reporting, forecast accuracy )_
- _ Revoir les process et outils de Reporting dans un but d’amélioration constante._

- Minimum 2 years’ experience of retail or wholesale merchandise planning.
- A proven track record of success in merchandising
- Knowledge and experience with merchandising systems, processes and best practices.
