En tant que **Senior Manager Operations and Innovation H/F**, vous travaillerez au sein de l’équipe d'UTS development et vous contribuerez à l’organisation et à l’innovation des évènements UTS. Nous rejoindre, c'est prendre part à une aventure entrepreneuriale unique au monde dès ses débuts.

**VOS PRINCIPALES MISSIONS**:

- Sélection et pilotage de prestataires clés ligue et évènements
- Identification des chemins critiques et coordination du retroplanning
- Gestion de lignes budgétaire clés
- Organisation des évènements dans les délais impartis
- Transmission d’informations/coordinations des services internes et prestataires externes
- Veille active sur les innovations évènementiel/ l'Entertainment
- Être force de proposition sur des programmes d’innovations permettant à UTS d’affirmer son caractère disruptif : fan expérience, look an feel, règles sportives, field of play)

**VOTRE PROFIL**
- Vous avez 3 à 7 ans d’expérience dans la gestion de projet évènementiel, idéalement avec une expérience dans le sport/l'Entertainment
- Une maîtrise de l’anglais, écrit et oral, bilingue obligatoire
- Aisance sur le Pack Office et sur les logiciels de gestion de projet
- Vous êtes curieux, créatif(ve), rigoureux et organisé
- Vous avez le sens de la communication et un bon esprit d’analyse
- Vous êtes passionné de sport (tennis, padel,..)

Rémunération : 50 000,00€ à 60 000,00€ par an
