- to join our team working for a better future.- The preferred location for the position is in Surgères, France.**What you will be doing**
- You will be responsible for the piping sector of the workshop and ensures the requalification of nuclear engine piping within Safety, Quality, Time and Cost objectives.**As Piping & Welding Supervisor your work will focus on these responsibilities**:

- Guarantees compliance with the rules established in the company by the service staff (Safety rules, Quality rules, internal regulations).
- Manages the piping sector staff.
- Leads the team daily: activity planning, monitoring the quality of completed tasks, administrative management (leave planning, training...), ensuring a positive work environment.
- Participates in the development of individual and collective skills of employees to meet the company's needs.
- Establishes a coherent training plan, builds and updates a competency framework, conducts annual individual interviews (DD), sets individual objectives.
- Monitors the performance indicators of the piping activity.
- Ensures the short and medium-term workload/capacity alignment of his sector.
- Reports to the workshop manager on the progress of his activity and identifies bottlenecks and upcoming risks.
- Leads an improvement plan for his sector.
- Participates with the HR function in recruitments.

**To be successful in this role, we expect you to have**:

- Mastery of the technical field (TIG welding, Silver brazing, Piping)
- Professional knowledge of Management.
- Continuous improvement
- Compliance with welding specifications/checking the validity of the welding and brazing qualifications of his team
- Knowledge of the industrial environment.
- Intermediate level of English.
- Intermediate knowledge of the office suite.
- Intermediate SAP knowledge.

- Assure la réalisation de la requalification de la tuyauterie des moteurs nucléaires dans les objectifs Sécurité, Qualité, Délai, Coût.**Votre travail se concentrer sur les responsabilités suivantes**:

- Garanti le respect des règles mises en place dans l’entreprise par les collaborateurs du service (règles Sécurité, règles Qualité, règlement intérieur)
- Manage les collaborateurs du secteur tuyautage
- Anime l’équipe au quotidien : planifications des activités, suivi de la qualité des missions effectuées, gestion administrative (planification des congés, formation ), garantir un climat de travail positif
- Participe au développement des compétences des collaborateurs individuelles et collectives afin de répondre aux besoins de l'entreprise
- Etabli un plan de formation cohérent, construit et met à jour un référentiel de compétences, réalise les entretiens individuels annuels (DD), fixe les objectifs individuels
- Pilote les indicateurs de performance de l’activité tuyautage
- Assure l’adéquation charge / capa de son secteur à court et moyen terme
- Reporte au responsable de l’atelier l’avancement de son activité et identifie les points de blocage et les risques à venir
- Pilote un plan d'amélioration de son secteur
- Participe avec la fonction RH aux recrutements

**Pour réussir dans ce rôle, nous attendons de vous**:

- Maitrise du domaine technique (soudure TIG, brasure Argent, Tuyautage)
- Management
- Amélioration continue
- Respect des cahiers de soudage/ vérification de la validité des Qualifications de soudage et de brasage des son équipe.
- Connaissance du milieu de l’industrie
- Niveau d’anglais intermédiaire
- Connaissance intermédiaire du pack office
- Connaissance intermédiaire SAP
