Airbus Helicopters SAS recrute:
Airbus Helicopters is looking for a **Tolerancing Analyst** (f/m) to join our Engineering departement based in Marignane, France.

You will contribute to the cross-national activities of Squad Tolerancing by integrating various systems (Doors/Covers, Elec Systems, dynamics, etc.) in compliance with customer expectations. You will evolve in a multidisciplinary environment, in permanent relation with the design office, the industry and the assembly lines.

**Your challenges**
Pilot geometrical requirements from the final H/C assembly to the elementary part
Tolerancing analysis and design proposal
Geometrical Convergence between Design Office and Production services
Geometrical Convergence with Supplier and Partner
Management of key characteristics at H/C level following APQP methodology
Lead geometrical analysis for ensuring first time right installation

This position will be based on several projects in interaction with foreign countries.

This position leads to have most of engineering community as interface and involve regular business trip (partner and Germany)

**Your profile**
You will have the following skills and experience:
Educated to 5 years' degree level (or equivalent) in Structure or related discipline

At least 3 years of experience
Geometrical functional analysis,
Good knowledge in design concept
Chain of dimension
Aeronautical concept assembly
CATIA V5
Knowledge of tolerancing tools is better but not mandatory (Mecamaster, KCnT suite, Mecamaster builder, VPM)
Advanced level in english

This position requires a security clearance or will require being eligible for clearance by the recognized authorities.
