Venez vivre et contribuez à faire vivre notre engagement #MovedByYou- Au sein de la Direction Industrie, rattaché au responsable de l’équipe mise en place opérationnelle de la stratégie industrielle, l' **Industrial Strategy implementation project leader** est en charge du pilotage des lancements / transferts / arrêts de produits.**Principales responsabilités**:
**1** **Mise en œuvre de la stratégie industrielle impliquant des lancements, transferts, ou arrêts des produits**
- Vous avez la charge de mettre en place le projet de lancement / transfert / arrêt d’un produit,- Créer et animer l’équipe transversale identifiée pour gérer l’exécution de la stratégie industrielle
- Supply Chain
- Sites de production
- Réglementaires
- Assurance Qualité
- Ventes et Marketing
- Elaboration du planning et des jalons clés
- Identification des contraintes et risques opérationnels
- Reporting au comité stratégique
- Suivi d’un tableau de bord et des KPI
- Gérer les imprévus et mener les actions nécessaires pour respecter le planning
- Revoir avec l’équipe S&OP, les acteurs concernés, le plan de lancement / transferts / arrêt sur l’horizon défini pour valider la cohérence entre la stratégie Industrielle / produit et, le timing réglementaire
**2 Gestions d’activité transverses**:
- Améliorer et standardiser les processus de lancements / transferts / arrêts
- Promouvoir les pratiques liées aux lancements /transferts /arrêts au sein du groupe
- Suivi des KPI définis
- Mener ou contribuer à des projets transverses au sein du département ou du groupe
**Profil recherché**:
- Niveau bac +5 : Ingénieur / école de commerce / Master Supply Chain
- 5 à 8 ans d’expérience en gestion de projet transverse opérationnelle ou en Supply Chain
- Une expérience dans le domaine pharmaceutique serait un plus
- Niveau Excel : expert
- Power BI
- Anglais : Fluent
- Gestion de Projet opérationnel / Gestion de l’activité en mode projet
- Solides compétences en matière de communication et de relations interpersonnelles et vous pouvez travailler de manière transversale dans un environnement matriciel international.
