Au sein de cet Institut, le groupe de recherche de Pr. Sylvain Routier intitulé « Chimie hétérocyclique pour l'innovation en thérapeutique et imagerie TEP » recrute un chercheur post-doctorat pour une durée de 9 mois. Notre groupe de recherche est spécialisé en chimie organique, hétérocyclique et thérapeutique et participe à deux investissements d'avenir que sont les programmes Labex IRON et SynORG, qui s'inscrivent tous deux dans la création de nouvelles entités chimiques.
This post-doctoral position will be carried out at the Institute of Organic and Analytical Chemistry at University of Orleans (UMR7311) specialized in the design of innovative compounds, and the discovery of new bioactive molecules.
The research group of Pr. Sylvain Routier entitled "Heterocyclic chemistry for innovation in therapeutics and PET imaging" has a post-doctoral research position available for a period of 9 months. Our research group is specialized in organic, heterocyclic and therapeutic chemistry and participates in two future investments that are the Labex IRON and SynORG programs, which are both part of the creation of new chemical entities.

Notre group de recherche est impliqué depuis plus de 8 ans dans la conception et la synthèse d'inhibiteurs des LIM Kinase. La mission confiée à la personne recrutée sera la préparation de nouveaux inhibiteurs pour les études in vitro, in cellulo et in vivo, sur une échelle de milligrammes aux grammes pour les plus actives. Ce recrutement se réalise dans le cadre de l'ANR CliNeF1 "First pre-clinical validation of LIMK/ROCK inhibitors for the treatment of Neurofibromatosis Type 1".
Les travaux reposeront sur la mise au point de méthodologies de synthèse puis la modulation de ces méthodes pour atteindre les molécules actives attendues. La personne recrutée sera responsable de la caractérisation des produits finaux. La qualification biologique de ces produits seront mesurées par nos divers partenaires.
Our research group has been involved for more than 8 years in the design and synthesis of LIM Kinase inhibitors. The mission entrusted to the recruited post-doctoral researcher will be the preparation of new inhibitors for in vitro, in cellulo and in vivo studies, on a scale of milligrams to grams for the most active compounds. This job offer is a part of the ANR CliNeF1 "First pre-clinical validation of LIMK/ROCK inhibitors for the treatment of Neurofibromatosis Type 1".
The work will be based on the development of synthetic methodology and the modulation of these methods to reach the expected active molecules. The person recruited will be in charge of the synthesis and total characterization of the prepared compounds. The biological qualification of these products will be carried by our various partners.

Un premier entretien sera effectué par visioconférence. En cas de sélection un second entretien incluant la visite des locaux sera organisé avec les encadrants orléanais.
A successful postdoctoral experience abroad would be particularly appreciated.
The contract is expected to start in March 2023. Applications will be considered until February 3, 2023 for selection and interviews will take place following this date.
A first interview will be conducted by videoconference. In case of selection, a second interview including a visit of the premises will be organized.
