Our activity is looking for an **HR - Training Apprentice** for its R&D Center based in Bavans (30 min from Belfort; 15 min from Monbéliard; near Switzerland). The Center R&D from Bavans, with close to 1000 collaborators, develop innovative solutions for sustainable and clean mobility. It is Forvia's global center of expertise on hydrogen storage systems.

Apprenticeship duration 12 to 24 months, from September 2024.

You will exchange daily with HR Team, managers and collaborators and external partners such as OPCO2I and training organism.

Your missions:

- Create the training plan
- Organize internal training session & build partnership with our academies
- Maintain SIRH
- Animate training sessions for newcomers
- Support administrative tasks : purchase orders, fundings
