**Description du poste**:
Leo Burnett Paris recherche un team créatif senior en CDI (un directeur artistique et un concepteur rédacteur) dès maintenant.

**Le projet **:Gagner des pitchs, gagner des prix, gagner la considération de gros clients et faire monter l’agence en compétence créative : c’est le projet qu’on ambitionne chez Leo Burnett Paris.

**Qualifications**:
**Vous**:
Déjà en team consolidé CR+DA : 8 à 10 années d’expériences minimum en agence de publicité

Expertise solide en activations 360° et en publicité

Curieux, vif, animé par la création, force de proposition et bonne capacité d’adaptation.

**Soft skills**:

- Avoir une forte culture générale, graphique et publicitaire
- Curiosité d’esprit
- Sens de la synthèse et du craft
- Capacité à créer des contenus digitaux disruptifs et à imaginer des activations digitales bien pensées.

**Hard Skills**:

- Maîtrise du langage écrit et oral français, + bon niveau en anglais recommandé.
- Maîtrise de la suite Adobe et d'After Effects et intérêt pour les outils IA
