**Finalité de l’emploi / Purpose of Position**:
Encadrer un groupe d'instructeurs, maintenir et développer les supports de cours d’un programme donné et dispenser des formations de qualification.

Mentor a group of instructors, maintain and develop course materials for a given program, and provide qualification training.

**Relations de travail**:

- Relations de travail : Internes : DOT ou DOMT / Management du centre / Les instructeurs / Département Service Clients. Externes : Les clients ou stagiaires / Le program manager du Lead Center à international.

**Labour Relations**:

- Internal: DOT or DOMT / Center Management / Instructors / Customer Service Department. External: Clients or interns / The program manager of the Lead Center at the international level.

**Activités significatives / Tasks and Responsibilities**:

- Dispenser et encadrer des cours de qualification initiaux ou récurrents.
- Encadrer et superviser les activités quotidiennes des instructeurs de son programme.
- Assurer un encadrement hiérarchique des instructeurs du programme (Promotion, évolution, discipline, propositions d'augmentations de salaire,).
- S'assurer et maintenir les performances des instructeurs conformément aux standards de la Société.
- Fixer et superviser les objectifs annuels de ses instructeurs.
- Assister le service relation clientèle dans la programmation des cours et la désignation des instructeurs.
- Participer au recrutement de nouveaux instructeurs. - Participer au processus et au suivi de qualification des instructeurs.
- Sensibiliser les instructeurs sur l'utilisation des technologies pédagogiques existantes.
- Echanger avec les clients afin d'identifier les besoins.
- Assister le responsable maintenance des simulateurs pour la vérification et la correction d'erreur sur les simulateurs

**Connaissances professionnelles spécifiques / Specific Professional Knowledge**:

- Maitrise de l'Anglais.
- Maitrise du fonctionnement d'un aéronef.
- Requis réglementaire (Licence ou équivalent).
- Haut niveau de connaissance sur son programme et sur les supports utilisés
- Fluency in English.
- Mastery of the operation of an aircraft.
- Regulatory Requirement (License or equivalent).
- High level of knowledge about the program and the media used.

**Responsabilités exercées et latitude d’action / Responsibilities and Latitude of Action**:

- Encadrer hiérarchiquement une équipe d’instructeurs (trices).
- Evaluer le niveau des stagiaires et adapter les cours en durée et contenance selon leur progression pour les amener à leur objectif.
- Veiller au respect des obligations réglementaires et des procédures de l’entreprise.
- Participer activement à l'évolution du programme dédié en collaboration avec le centre de référence.
- Garantir le bon fonctionnement des outils de formation et coordonner leur développement avec les départements concernés.
- Analyser les besoins et les projections sur les années suivantes avec sa hiérarchie afin de pouvoir mettre en place les ressources nécessaires

**Responsibilities and Latitude of Action**:

- Supervisor a team of instructors.
- Assess the level of the trainees and adapt the duration and capacity of the courses according to their progress to bring them to their objective.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory obligations and company procedures.
- Actively participate in the evolution of the dedicated program in collaboration with the reference center.
- Ensure the proper functioning of training tools and coordinate their development with the relevant departments.
- Analyze needs and projections for the following years with his/her superiors in order to be able to put in place the necessary resources.
