Notre filiale VAISALA France SAS, située à Saclay (91), est un fournisseur incontournable d’instruments de mesures atmosphériques pour l’analyse des profils de vent, grâce à une technologie laser LIDAR (à dominante optique, photonique et électronique). **Missions**
Dans le cadre de la croissance et du développement constants de nos activités, VAISALA France SAS recrute un(e) **« Technicien de Fabrication »** H/F.
Une période de formation technique sur notre gamme complète de produits vous permettra d’assurer votre fonction.
Rattaché au Responsable de Production, vous serez en charge de réaliser les opérations de montage d’éléments et le contrôle de conformité des produits dans le respect de la qualité et des délais.
**Vos principales missions seront de**:
- Réaliser des opérations de montage d'éléments, pièces, composants d'ensembles optiques, mécaniques, électroniques, optroniques, électromécaniques et optomécaniques au moyen d'outils manuels, selon les règles de sécurité, les impératifs de production (délai, qualité) en respect des standards de service établis par l’entreprise ;
- Vérifier le montage/assemblage (aspect, parallélisme, jeu, maintien, fonctionnement,...) et Identifier les dysfonctionnements et procéder aux ajustements, retouches, mesures correctives.
- Qualifier les systèmes pour leur entrée en validation ;
- Effectuer les contrôles de conformité des produits en cours ou en fin de production et isoler les non-conformités ;
- Renseigner les supports qualité et de suivi de production/réalisation (incidents, interventions ).
**Profil**
De formation minimum BAC+ 2 dans le secteur industriel, vous avez au minimum 2 ans d’expérience en tant que technicien(ne) idéalement dans un environnement international.
Vous disposez de solides compétences scientifiques et techniques (mesures physiques et/ou optoélectronique et/ou électronique et/ou communication et réseaux).
Vous êtes rigoureux, polyvalent et motivé(e) par le travail en équipe.
Vous justifiez d’un bon esprit d’analyse, d’un intérêt certain pour la gestion de problèmes variés et le suivi qualité.
