Notre client est une jeune entreprise en très forte croissance spécialisée dans la fabrication rapide (prototypes, petites séries, etc) de pièces en injection plastique et métal pour l'industrie et l'objet.
Afin d'accompagner son développement rapide, elle recherche des Project Manager Junior H/F (Chargé(e)s d'Affaires).
**Le poste**:
Le Project Manager JuniorH/F joue un rôle prépondérant dans l'entreprise en proposant les solutions adaptées aux besoins des prospects et clients et en pilotant l'ensemble du projet de l'élaboration de la proposition à la facturation finale.
Sous la responsabilité du Directeur de la Production et/où d'un Chef de Projet Senior, vous êtes l'interlocuteur principal des prospects et clients pour leurs projets, vos missions principales sont:
- Analyser les demandes et besoins clients
- Coordonner les chiffrages, études de faisabilité technique des produits et solutions
- Réponses aux appels d'offres
- Pilotage globale du projet avec gestion de la supply chain, de la production et des opérations
- Gestion des éventuelles SAVs
- Respect de la législation et des normes en vigueur
**Profil recherché**:
Issue d'une formation d'Ingénieur ou d'une formation technique MAI, ATI ou CPI (ou équivalente) vous possédez une première expérience réussie dans le moulage, l'injection et l'usinage.
Les profils venant de Bureau d'Etudes dans ces secteurs sont aussi les bienvenues.
Vous savez gérer des projets de bout en bout en vous appuyant sur des équipes supports et serez amener, à terme, à piloter des projets en toute autonomie.
Vous avez un sens avancé du service client, une écoute active et une bonne faculté d'adaptation dans une société en forte croissance.
La pratique de l'Anglais (minimum B2) en milieu professionnel sera fortement appréciée.
Education : BAC +2/3 minimum
Experience : 1 an minimum
