Our EMEA Legal team is seeking a Legal Counsel to join us in Schiltigheim. In this role, you will be accountable for proposing and advising on matters related to your area of expertise, as well as ensuring their successful execution.

**What You Will Be Doing**:
Working in a stimulating, team-oriented environment, you will assist our Employment Lawyer in supporting and advising the EMEA Human Resources teams on employment regulations. More generally, you will be a source of proposals and recommendations in all areas within your area of responsibility and will be responsible for their eventual implementation.

As such, you will be required to:

- Manage and monitor individual files,
- Advising internal clients on collective labor relations
- draft internal legal memos on employment law
- draft company collective agreements
- Participate in the implementation of strategic projects,
- Identify legal risks and take the necessary measures to meet business challenges,
- Monitor social legislation likely to have an impact on the company,
- Contribute to the dynamic digitalization of the Legal Department.

**Your Future Team**:
You will be part of the EMEA (Europe, Middle East, Africa) Legal Department, a seven-person team focused on corporate, employment, contract, and data protection law.

**Who You Are**:
**Required Skills and Competencies**
- You have a master’s degree (Master 2) in French and/or German employment law and initial experience as an employment lawyer in a company, ideally with an international dimension, or in a law firm.
- Curious, rigorous, and pragmatic, you have a good ability to understand and analyze risks and business implications.
- You are fluent in English and German, have an appetite for international business, and are keen to develop your skills in this area.
