Depuis 2020, l’organisation IT de Nestlé est en pleine transformation (Vision2Life) pour supporter les besoins en matière de dernières innovations et produits ; pour améliorer non seulement l'expérience client (Machines Nespresso Connectées, Réalité Augmentée pour les Vendeurs, Dématérialisation) mais aussi celle des collaborateurs (Collaboration avec Workplace, Mobilité avec O365, data analytics,...) ainsi que la performance (Industrie 4.0, Block Chain, Automation...).

Elle a pour cela bâti des équipes alliant compétences techniques, pilotage de projets, service client irrésistible mais surtout, des mindsets Curiosité, Innovation, Collaboration, "Can Do" et Business Value.

Au sein du Département Digital de Nestlé France (112 personnes), vous ferez partie de l’équipe IT Customer Service / Order to Cash, vous contribuerez proactivement à la performance et à l’évolution des produits IT pour les catégories et la fonction Supply Chain - Service Client O2C, sur l’environnement SAP SD, dans le respect des règles de Conformité et de Sécurité informatique. Vous accompagnerez en tant que Key Business Digital Partner aussi la stratégie Business Customer Service sur le périmètre Nestlé en France dans le déploiement et l’utilisation de tous les outils et solutions innovantes.

**Vos missions au quotidien**:

- Coordonner et ou prendre part aux projets transversaux de l’équipe Market IT supportant les priorités stratégiques de la Feuille de Route du marché français
- Estimer la valeur, les ressources et le délai des demandes reçues pour aider à la priorisation
- Conduire avec les équipes locales les phases d’analyse, de test, de démarrage des projets si besoin en collaboration avec les équipes IT centrales et/ou centres de services partagés Nestlé et/ou certains fournisseurs de services et assurer le suivi des projets dans le logiciel ServiceNow
- Coacher ou traiter, grâce à votre expertise, les problématiques et les demandes complexes (nouvelles fonctionnalités/outils, flux, incidents, conseils/accompagnement).
- Être garant de la formalisation des process et scenarii End to End sur votre domaine d’intervention
- Préparer les Joint Technology Roadmap (Roadmap stratégique IT), les budgets et les suivre
- Être force de proposition sur des solutions innovantes et participer activement aux initiatives d’amélioration continue
- Contribuer au suivi de la performance du prestataire externe (IBM) et aux réunions de gouvernance des activités de support qu’il effectue pour les équipes Service Client.
- Garantir le respect des standards et guidelines liés à la conformité, la sécurité informatique et s’assurer de leur bonne compréhension par les équipes

**Vos atouts pour réussir**:

- Très bonne connaissance fonctionnelle et expérience sur différents types de flux (retail, B2B, B2C, D2C, Interco, replay, Pricing ) vous n’avez pas peur de sortir de votre domaine de compétence et d’intervention
- Nous encourageons la prise d’initiative : vos idées feront grandir l’entreprise et évoluer les produits Nestlé.
- Vous avez une bonne connaissance des processus métiers Order To Cash et êtes capable de gérer/piloter des projets, effectuer des tests/des analyses et faire des propositions dans un environnement technique SAP SD que vous connaissez.
- Un projet bien mené est un projet reconnu. La reconnaissance est une des valeurs clés de Nestlé.
- Une connaissance des flux amont (Logistique-Distribution) et surtout aval (Finance - Encaissement des factures) sera un plus.
- Vous êtes rigoureux, savez prendre de la hauteur et communiquer efficacement avec les Stakeholders Business.
