As part of the FP&A Team and reporting to the FP&A Director, you will contribute to** structuring the Group FP&A by **organizing the consolidation of the different FP&A perimeters, ensuring the reconciliation with the group P&L** and driving transversal projects to continue improving the quality of data and support the switch to BI tools.**
Your responsibilities will include:
**Monthly business reviews**:
- Coordinate with the FP&A owners to ensure reliability, compliance with accounting rules, homogeneity, and completeness within the deadlines.
- Drive the switch from excel to BI tools for Business reviews and consolidate the data in a single environment
- Help improve the process by working with other stakeholders to fasten the process (Sales & Finance teams especially).
**Monthly group reporting**:
- Structure and monitor the FP&A inputs towards the monthly closings to ensure reliability, homogeneity, and completeness within the deadlines.
- Build, maintain and improve the rules for the creation of the P&L per Business Unit (direct allocations & allocations keys).
- Build and structure the reporting of other non-P&L items.
- Investigate improvements regarding the use of the consolidation tool and BI tools to improve the process of group reporting.
**Budget and reforecast**:
- Contribute to the budgeting process by preparing templates, organizing the calendar.
You will also:
- Manage transversal projects, anticipate, organize to meet deadlines and objectives with a dynamic and persistent approach.
- Coordinate to integrate acquisitions and/or new activities in our processes and tools.
- Generate and share roadmaps about projects objectives and deadlines.
- Work on FP&A transverse projects on demand and proactively contribute to the FP&A team’s development.
**The perfect match**
- Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Audit, or Internal Control with ideally 3-5 years’ experience in an international group or delivering similar services via Big 4 audit firm.
- Self-starter: you take initiatives and you are intellectually agile, comfortable with creating processes and dashboards from scratch
- Advanced Accounting and Excel skills,
- Knowledge in Business intelligence & CRM software is highly appreciated.
- Rigorous personality, trustworthy and curious.
- Capacity to work under pressure in a fast paced, ever-changing environment.
- Highly motivated and striving for continuous improvement and optimisation.
- Extremely organized with project management skills.
- Ability to be pragmatic, diplomatic and yet persistent in the implementation of controls and resolution of identified control
