**YOUR ROLE AND IMPACT**
As a Regulatory Affairs Specialist for **Detergents,** you will be the go-to expert on detergent regulations, supporting both our clients and internal teams. Reporting directly to the Director of Regulatory Affairs for Cosmetic Ingredients, your mission will be to ensure our ingredients comply with international regulations.

You will lead ambitious compliance projects, maintain constant regulatory vigilance, and share your insights to anticipate market developments.

Your daily responsibilities will include managing technical and regulatory dossiers, responding to clients' technical queries, and supporting our sales teams.

You will design and conduct specialized training sessions and represent Symrise at professional associations such as A.I.S.E.

Additionally, you will contribute to the update and optimization of regulatory data in SAP.
**YOUR PROFILE**
We are looking for an experienced professional with a Master's degree in sciences (biology, chemistry, biochemistry) and a**t least 5 years of diverse professional experience**, including a **minimum of 2 years in Regulatory Affairs for DETERGENTS IMPERATIVE **(not cosmetics).

**It is essential that your CV clearly indicates the years of experience in DETERGENTS and the types of products handled.**

You must have an good command of global **DETERGENT** regulations, and knowledge of chemical products would be an additional advantage.

You are fluent in English and have a basic knowledge of French.

Proficiency in office software and SAP is a plus.

You possess excellent communication skills, an analytical and synthetic mind, and demonstrate persuasion and negotiation abilities.
