En tant que partenaire de recrutement de Sunrock Holding, nous vous recherchons en tant que **Senior Associate Project Finance (a)** pour soutenir leur petite équipe sur le nouveau site de Paris. Ce rôle est stimulant, car il s'accompagne d'une grande responsabilité dans un environnement en constante évolution. Vous prenez la direction de la faisabilité financière du dossier, de la structure du projet et des contrats, de la coordination avec nos conseillers externes et avec le groupe bancaire afin d'assurer la bancabilité des projets. Cela nécessite un haut niveau de flexibilité et des compétences en matière d'exécution de transactions pour mener des opérations complexes à leur terme. Vous serez également responsable de la préparation des propositions d'investissement pour le comité d'investissement et travaillerez sur les projections financières pour notre actionnaire COFRA.

**What You Will Be Doing**
- Vous soutenez l'équipe française dans la faisabilité financière de nouvelles offres commerciales à de nouveaux clients par le biais d'une modélisation financière de haut niveau
- Vous comprenez le business case et êtes capable de modéliser de multiples sensibilités, d'identifier les risques clés et de les comparer avec la logique stratégique de la transaction
- Vous travaillez à la mise à jour et à l'amélioration de nos modèles financiers sur la base de nouvelles connaissances, de l'évolution du marché, de nouveaux produits et de nouvelles structures
- Vous êtes responsable de la structuration et de l'exécution de nouvelles facilités de crédit, de l'augmentation des limites des facilités de crédit, des demandes de dérogation ou des modifications
- Vous coordonnez les examens et le suivi de la bancabilité des accords de projet pertinents en collaboration avec le conseiller juridique et les conseillers externes. Cela inclut des sondages auprès des banques concernées afin d'obtenir des signatures sur les nouveaux accords de projet
- Vous préparez et suivez l'agenda de clôture financière pendant la phase de développement des projets, préparez la salle des données, coordonnez les questions-réponses avec les banques, préparez les calendriers de remboursement et coordonnez les déblocages de fonds avec notre équipe centrale de finance et de contrôle située à Amsterdam

**What You Bring To The Job**
- Maîtrise en économie, en finance ou en administration des affaires
- Plusieurs années d'expérience professionnelle au sein d'une banque (financement structuré), d'un promoteur ou d'un investisseur actif dans le secteur de l'énergie ou des infrastructures
- Expérience pratique dans l'élaboration de modèles financiers à partir de zéro et dans la production de scénarios de sensibilité sur la base de vos résultats
- Connaissance des moteurs de l'analyse de rentabilité et de la documentation du projet
- Aptitude à résumer les principaux résultats et à les communiquer aux parties prenantes internes sous la forme d'évaluations des risques et des bénéfices
