Ermewa SA a pour mission de commercialiser et entretenir les wagons qui lui sont confiés en gestion. Certifié Entité en Charge de la Maintenance (ECM), Ermewa gère notamment la base de données techniques de ses wagons ainsi que sa mise à jour en fonction des opérations réalisées. Ermewa a conscience des enjeux de la fiabilité des données et leur impact sur la sécurité et la performance de l’entreprise, la communauté Data vient d’être crée pour favoriser les échanges autour de la Data.
Sous la responsabilité du département Projet et Data du service technique, vous serez garant de la base de données technique ; de sa structure, sa fiabilité en définissant des indicateurs de performance de qualité de la donnée afin de la rendre utilisable pour des analyses et outils de pilotage nécessaires au bon fonctionnement de l’entreprise.
**Objectifs**:
- Concevoir et déployer des tableaux de bord de pilotage de la qualité des données techniques.
- Analyse des causes racines des déviances de la base de données et définition de plan d’action avec les équipes techniques.
- Assurer la fiabilité des données techniques transmises à des tiers.
- Effectuer les corrections impactantes et coordonner les implémentations liées à la base de données technique dans l’ERP.
- Sécuriser durablement les données fiabilisées.
- Contribuer à la Data Community d’Ermewa en proposant une stratégie de gestion de la qualité de la data.
**Compétences/Profil**:
- Manipulation de données avec un outil de BI
- Gestion de base de données
- Anglais, l’Allemand est un plus
- Bac +3/5, École d’ingénieurs, Master ou Licence ou BUT en informatique, statistiques, Data Science
- 2 à 3 ans d’expérience requis
Vous êtes pragmatique, savez travailler en équipe et avez des qualités d’écoute.
Curiosité technique et ouverture d’esprit seront nécessaire pour ce poste.
