Jexplore est entreprise sociale et solidaire, agrémentée Entreprise Solidaire d’Utilité Sociale (ESUS), qui propose des services innovants pour permettre, grâce à la réalité virtuelle, un accompagnement sur-mesure à l’orientation et à l’emploi.
Nos solutions s’adressent aux jeunes qui se questionnent sur leur orientation, aux adultes à la recherche d’un emploi et aux entreprises qui cherchent à développer l’attractivité de leurs métiers. Les bénéficiaires découvrent des immersions métiers en réalité virtuelle dans le cadre d’ateliers d’orientation dispensés avec notre contenu pédagogique.
La connaissance des métiers est le facteur clé pour une orientation choisie et qui offre des opportunités d’emploi durables, dès le collège puis tout au long de sa vie. La découverte professionnelle reste théorique et limitée. Une personne change de métier entre 5 à 13 fois au cours de sa carrière d’après l’étude conjointe de Pôle Emploi et de l’INSEE (2023).
La solution Jexplore, projeter dans la peau d’un-e professionnel-le cœur de l’entreprise et fait découvrir le quotidien et la réalité des métiers. Notre mission : permettre à chaque personne de bénéficier d’une information et d’un accompagnement de qualité à chaque étape de son parcours professionnel.
Soutenue par le Ministère de l’Éducation Nationale, l’ONISEP et l’OCDE, Jexplore a accompagné 18000 bénéficiaires dans toute la France avec un développement croissant des actions sur les territoires.
**Opportunité**
En tant que Développeur-se Unity, ton rôle sera d’accompagner Jexplore dans les tâches de développement de la Plateforme de Découverte des Métiers en réalité virtuelle en lien avec les besoins les utilisateurs (enseignants et conseillers, bénéficiaires jeunes et adultes en recherche d'orientation). Rejoignez une équipe dynamique et ambitieuse, et participez à la mise en œuvre du projet sur le territoire national
**Missions**
- Rédiger des tests d’intégrations ;
- Participer à l’organisation des tâches et à la gestion de projet ;
- Assurer le support des utilisateurs et remonter les bugs avec un outil decommunication.Logiciels/langages nécessaires : Unity, C#.Un + : connaissance de git ou expérience de la VR.Compétences demandées : rigueur, organisation, communication et autonomie. Capacités à faire des recherches en ligne pour résoudre des problèmes/bugs.

- Équipe : Hybride, la majorité de l'équipe est en présentiel (commerciale,pédagogique, communication). L'équipe de développement est à distance 100% : Un tutorat à distance par la Développeuse VR, des weekly avec l'équipe Tech et une rétrospective mensuelle avec le responsable de Jexplore sont mis en place.
