Working as a Junior & Marketing & Trade Marketing Manager at Coty is having a complete and empowering position in a stimulating, kind and balanced work environment.

RESPONSIBILITIES

As our Junior Marketing & Trade Marketing Manager, you are responsible for the execution of marketing and trade marketing strategy of Fragrance Brands on the French market. In addition to that, you will ensure a transversal business analyst mission on the Coty fragrance portfolio.

**Your main focus**: Contribute to the strategic development of fragrances brands in France : Adapt global launch and trade animation calendars for the French market Identify new growth opportunities in sell-in, market share and sell-out Build annual strategic plans with a smart P&L approach Monitor market trends and analyze brand performance to support 4P recommendations

Take full ownership of local business management in the respect of brand standards: Lead & Coordinate Instore & E-com BIC executions in collaboration with instore expert & e-com manager Target deployment to commercial/ key account team & follow up via scorecards Support sales team in achieving objectives via creative selling tools conception Build & defend compelling retailers’ presentations Merchandising plans elaboration, as well as efficient assortment optimization Ownership of brand’s budget, ensuring effective and accurate budget management

**Business Analysis**: Monthly sell out analysis covering France fragrance portfolio & competition Larger reviews of our brands/market performances to support strategic decisions

YOU ARE A COTY FIT

You like to manage projects from start to realization, being a true conductor renowned for your organizational excellence and curiosity. As an experienced project manager, you value teamwork, and you get energy from working in a fast-paced, diverse and international environment. Other than that you:
Have 4/5-year Undergraduate Degree in Marketing or Related Field and Ideally a preliminary experience in the beauty sector Have Brand management skills / out-of-the-box thinking / strategic planning Are known for your leadership and strong interpersonal & collaborative skills / Ownership / dynamism Are Business-oriented / initiative-driven / positive mindset and client-focused approach Are fluent in French and in English for business purposes
