Project Team Co-ordinator

**Main Purpose of the Role**
To act as co-ordinator in the delivery of a project following client instructions within an agreed timeframe and budget.
To provide analytical support and management information to the UK Projects team
To be the Business Process Owner and ensure that all of the required project specifications and processes are delivered on time, in full, at the required quality, specifically Job Files and Operations Instructions
Ensure the proper translation of business requirements into a
set of structured business specifications that satisfy strategic and operational objectives.
To translate operational information that will allow for easy identification of projects risks, opportunities, achievements and failures.
Actively support the Projects team to ensure that all client projects are delivered to the right locations on time, in full, safely, at the required quality and at target costs.
Drive continuous improvements for the planning, process and execution of all Projects for the UK Structures and Ice business.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Create, Implement and maintain tools designed to gather, collate, analyse and interpret Project Data.
- Actively seek to implement changes and monitor impacts
- Work with Finance to ensure that all Customer Invoices and Payments are issued and collected on time and in accordance with contracts
- Identify and implement process improvement and IT automation to improve the quality, compliance and accuracy of project management and delivery
- Ensure that all project specific health & safety, quality, environmental, client accreditation and due diligence is complete and accurate.
- Co-ordinate and optimise project planning and execution by effectively liaising with suppliers, manufacturers, site teams and clients.
- Actively support the development of a high-performing Projects Team that role-models Best Practice Standards, Behaviours and Values
Safety Responsibilities

- Cooperate with Arena Group and follow instructions, policies and procedures as detailed.
- Not engage in any improper conduct that could endanger themselves or anyone else.

- Serve as a good role model to co-workers, contractors, visitors and clients for safe work practices and behaviour at all work locations.

- Address any safety concerns quickly and report concerns.
**Knowledge Required**
- Good project management knowledge skills and good ability to analyse and present management information.
- Demonstrable experience of working with partners across business functions
**Skills & Qualifications**
- Excellent attention to detail
- Ability to work under pressure and to deliver tight deadlines
- Good ability to analyse and present management information
- Able to form and maintain effective working relationships (internal & external)
- Effective Presentation skills (in a one-on-one or group setting) conveying information in a clear and concise manner.
- Excellent written and oral communication
- Excellent IT Skills (MS Office, Navision (ERP))
**Other Information**
On occasion may be required to travel to project site, therefore a full, clean driving licence and valid passport are required.

Traduire les informations opérationnelles permettant d'identifier facilement les risques, opportunités, réalisations et échecs des projets.
Soutenir activement l'équipe des projets pour s'assurer que tous les projets clients sont livrés aux bons endroits en temps voulu, en totalité, en toute sécurité, à la qualité requise et dans les coûts cibles.
Promouvoir l'amélioration continue de la planification, des processus et de l'exécution de tous les projets pour les activités Structures et Glace au Royaume-Uni.
