**Our Exciting Opportunity**:
We are now looking for a Local Administrator to perform administrative activities in the Geographical Scope assigned and also end-to-end responsibility for fleet management in France. The administrative activities are performed as a service for other functional area owners, to support different processes when the functional area owner has no or insufficient local representation. All is done to gain optimal cross functional efficiency.

The services may include several functional areas by delivering local administrative services as agreed with the internal stakeholders such as local administration, support to facilities, support to IT, record retention, document management, mobile phone management, travel and expenses support, among others. The activities are dependent on Stakeholders demand (agreed through a service request process) and local laws & regulations.

**What you will do**:

- Work with the MELA BCS PTC & LAS Team to deliver progress toward Unit’s Goals and Functional Owner needs.
- Perform operational tasks like support to Environmental Health and Safety, Company control and Tax department, IT, REFM and also to other Unit, the Functional Owner, and Stakeholders based on documented process and/or agreed upon service.
- Suggest/Implement simplification and operational efficiency initiatives.
- Embrace and ensure a customer service mentality towards win-win solutions for the Unit, the Functional Owner, and Stakeholders.
- Identify and help solve core problems or opportunities within business processes.
- Provide support for special projects and initiatives
- Demonstrate and role model our values, the Five Focus Areas, and ethical and responsible business practices as well as manage compliance violations as required.
- Contribute to continuous improvement of delivery processes powered by Automation and Innovation
- Manage end-to-end car fleet process (from ordering to invoicing) of all type of vehicles: Benefits, Business, Pool and Rental cars.
- Ensure car fleet policy compliancy and proper car allocations (driver eligibility, drivers management and training);
- Establish and maintain effective Stakeholders Relationship Management, both Ericsson internal (Sourcing, HR, FSO, OHS and Finance) and external (leasing, fuel card, parking card and insurance providers).
- Ensure maintenance of vehicles and tires management.
- Handle fuel cards and reporting on fuel spend.
- Drive the implementation of new service delivery models and tools.
- Ensure fleet optimization (car re-allocation), initiatives for improvement and cost saving.
- Drive/support the implementation of initiatives for simplification and automatization.
- Provide complete and accurate reports on monthly basis.
- Participate and contribute to fleet management meetings in Europe, sharing know-how and good practices.

**What you will bring**:

- A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or equivalent.
- A minimum of 3 years of administrative services responsibilities.
- Strongly developed written and verbal communication skills.
- Innovative and open mindset to adapt to the constantly evolving environment.
- An entrepreneur-like mindset, constantly driving for efficiency and positive change, but more importantly, you consistently deliver outstanding results.
- Local Laws and Regulations is desirable.
- Project Management knowledge is desirable
- A working knowledge of the Local Administrations processes within Ericsson is desirable.
- A desire to make work fun and enjoyable.
- Excellent written and verbal communication in English and French language
- Good operational skill, this includes business and financial competence to support/control financial and business key indicators or performance
