Senior Chalet Host

This is a diverse and challenging “hands-on” role, supporting the Chalet Manager in delivering a 5* experience for our guests. The main emphasis in this role is providing exceptional service, creating unique and memorable holidays for each guest.

**Main responsibilities**:

- Customer service delivery - including the service of breakfast, afternoon tea and a formal evening meal.
- Housekeeping of all bedrooms, bathrooms, spas and other communal areas.
- Proactive communication with guests to ensure all queries are answered and any special requests are met at the earliest opportunity.
- General chalet maintenance, reporting issues to the chalet manager or operations manager in the Chalet Manager’s absence and following up and immediate concerns.
- Maintaining general hygiene, health and safety standards in line with company policy.
- Managing the chalet n the chalet managers day off which can include guest concierge, addressing guest requests or concerns, and supervision of chalet team.
- Maintaining and improving local supplier relations.
- Covering the chauffeur duties when required.
