Notre site industriel, reconnu pour son expertise et implanté à Mantes-la-Jolie (Yvelines), recherche un(e) recherche 1 stagiaire **Process Engineering (Wet Process).**
- **Vos missions **:_
Dans le cadre d’un projet sur la métallisation électrolytique d’un alliage de métaux non précieux et de l’optimisation des propriétés de tenue à la corrosion de ce revêtement, vous aurez pour mission de:
- Réaliser une étude bibliographique sur les bains électrochimiques de l’alliage métallique concerné et sur les propriétés physicochimiques de ces dépôts ;
- Réaliser une étude électrochimique du bain de métallisation et caractériser l’influence des paramètres physicochimiques des conditions de dépôt (concentrations des espèces, température, agitation, densité de courant ) sur le fonctionnement du bain (rendement) et sur les propriétés de l’alliage obtenu (composition, micro-structure, cosmétique, propriétés électriques) ;
- Réaliser une étude sur les mécanismes de corrosion des alliages obtenus et de proposer des solutions d’amélioration de leur résistance à la corrosion.
- **Qui êtes-vous ?**_
En dernière année de cycle ou équivalent spécialisé en chimie et/ou surface et interface métal/solution avec une bonne connaissance de l’électrochimie des matériaux métalliques, vous alliez un goût prononcé pour le travail de terrain à des qualités intellectuelles qui vous permettent de comprendre et de conceptualiser les phénomènes physico-chimiques se produisant aux interfaces matériau/solution.
Vous êtes curieux, vous aimez travailler en équipe multidisciplinaire et maitrisez la communication aussi bien écrite qu’orale.
