Anvil est un moteur de jeu développé en interne chez Ubisoft qui est utilisé dans tous nos studios dans le monde pour créer les jeux vidéo les plus emblématiques de la compagnie. Initialement développé pour le premier jeu en monde ouvert Assassin’s Creed sorti en 2007, le moteur a bénéficié de nombreux ajouts pour supporter une grande diversité de genres et de plateformes. Description du poste
- Collaborer avec le Lead Programmer pour coordonner l'équipe technique d'Anvil Paris ;
- Prioriser, gérer et mettre à jour les tâches quotidiennes de l'équipe, en créant des plannings et les roadmaps ;
- Participer aux tâches de programmation avec l'équipe technique ;
- Identifier les risques et les opportunités présentés au cours du développement et fournir des solutions pour résoudre des problèmes potentiellement complexes ;
- Gérer toutes les communications et réunions avec les autres équipes et les autres studios ;
- Encadrer, gérer et examiner régulièrement les membres de l'équipe afin d'établir une équipe cohésive et efficace ;
- Maintenir un esprit de collaboration et de créativité au sein de l'équipe ;
- Participer au partage de l'information et des connaissances dans le domaine.

**Qualifications**:

- 5+ ans d'expérience en développement ;
- Solides compétences en matière de développement et d'optimisation C++ ;
- Une expérience de la direction d'une équipe ou du mentorat de membres juniors de l'équipe est préférable ;
- Vous êtes à l'aise dans la planification de tâches, que ce soit pour vous ou pour les membres de l'équipe ;
- Excellentes compétences en communication et capacité à travailler en équipe ;
- Connaissance des sujets liés au développement de jeux tels que l'IA, les animations, les mathématiques 3D ;
- Vous êtes capable de parler anglais dans un environnement professionnel ;
