Acquisition Manager

The key: an end-to-end technological control, a simple and ergonomic interface integrated to the companies' business software and an efficient performance management thanks to statistical and supervision tools.

We continue our international development: after the United Kingdom and Spain, we have **launched the conquest of the United States with the ambition of making it our first market**

In this challenging context, we are looking for our future **Acquisition Manager EN/FR & or ES** in charge of boosting the growth of Ringover

**You will be responsible for**:

- Structuring and optimizing inbound for all sales teams
- Define objectives and set up a reliable and regular performance monitoring system
- Deploy and optimize various acquisition channels, such as Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Facebook Ads, but also any other lead generation effort, such as affiliation, media action or review platform acquisition, among other ideas
- Improve the distribution of data between the Growth and Sales teams in collaboration with the Ops team (Salesforce, in particular) and ensure proper lead management by sales team
- Improve the lead qualification process, in collaboration with all teams involved.

**This position is for you if**:

- You have **3 to 5 years of confirmed experience in a similar job**:

- You have a marketing/business school background
- You have a good command of writing for the web (titling, style, information architecture)

**You speak French & English fluently. Spanish is a plus**.
