Key Responsibilities
**We are looking for someone with the following**:
Competent in using fluorescence microscopy and/or confocal microscopy for biological research required, or,
Successful experience in technical sales involving high-end microscopy imaging products
Takes ownership of customer problems & issues, works to resolve them and see them through to resolution.
Establishes relationships with customers and strengthens this through clarity and competence.
Is flexible, does “the right thing” and spends time understanding and meeting customer needs.
Takes on challenges willingly and in an assured and confident manner.
Has a positive attitude that fosters a pro-active ethos in the rest of the team and department
Updates knowledge & skills on a regular basis & applies learning or best practices to their work
Creates a climate in which people want to do their best.
Is ambitious for the business and the future of Andor Technology.
Please note, that due to the nature of this role, there will be a high level of travel involved; the person who is successful in this role, can be travelling up to 50% of the time.
