**Poste**:
Nous recherchons un **Project Management Officer (PMO) - Chef de Projet Système - Chef de Projet Machine Spéciale - Chef de Projet Dispositif H/F** afin d’assurer la coordination et le suivi d'un projet d'envergure pour le développement.
Vos missions seront les suivantes:
- Soutenir et faciliter la gestion de projets au sein de l'organisation.
- Assurer le suivi de la planification, la coordination, le suivi et le reporting des projets.
- Mettre en place un processus de méthodologies de gestion de projet pour élaborer des plans détaillés, identifier les ressources nécessaires et établir des calendriers précis.
- Surveiller activement la progression des projets en cours, identifier les écarts par rapport aux objectifs et mettre en œuvre des actions correctives si nécessaire.
- Produire régulièrement des rapports sur l'état d'avancement des projets.
- Identifier, évaluer et atténuer les risques potentiels associés aux projets.
- Gérer les problèmes et les obstacles qui pourraient entraver la progression des projets, en coordonnant les efforts de résolution avec les équipes concernées.
- Participer à l'identification des opportunités d'amélioration des processus et des pratiques de gestion de projet. Proposer des solutions innovantes pour accroître l'efficacité des opérations.
**Profil**:
Issu d'études de type BAC+5, ingénieur en Mécanique ou équivalent universitaire.
Compétences techniques requises:
- Une première expérience solide à mínima en gestion de projet
- Excellentes capacités de communication écrite et verbale, avec la capacité de communiquer efficacement
- Maîtrise des outils informatiques de gestion de projet (Microsoft Project, Jira, Trello, etc.).
