Organiser et faciliter la mise en valeur des données

Nos collaborateurs Project Manager Data jouent chez nos clients un rôle central dans la conception, le développement, l’exécution et la supervision des plans, des politiques, des programmes et des pratiques qui fournissent, contrôlent, protègent et améliorent la valeur des données.

**LES MISSIONS DU PROJECT MANAGER DATA**:
Le chef de projet DATA pilote les projets en coordonnant les équipes data (data Engineer, data Analysts, data Scientists) pour atteindre les objectifs définis avec les équipes métiers. Il s’assure que les livrables soient mis à disposition dans les conditions de délai, de coûts et de qualité préétablies.
- Prioriser les cas d’usage
- Analyser la faisabilité technique des demandes métiers
- Définir les objectifs, le périmètre et le budget d’un projet data
- Orchestrer la réalisation : planification, coordination du/des projets, allocation et gestion des ressources, gouvernance,
- Piloter le déploiement des solutions
- Documenter et capitaliser sur les retours d’expériences
- Garantir la maintenance et l’évolution des solutions déployées

**DATA PROJECT MANAGER : PROFIL**:
Un chef de projet bilingue technique - métier

Expérience significative et/ou formation Data (ingénierie, analyse ou science des données, développement d’outils data analytics)

Expérience significative de la gestion de projets

La connaissance d’une fonction métier ou d’un secteur est un plus (finance, marketing, RH, logistique... secteur bancaire, retail, santé )

**COMPETENCES ET SAVOIR-FAIRE**:
Référent DATA technique et fonctionnel, pilote et fédérateur aguerri

**Compétences techniques et fonctionnelles DATA**:
Il doit également connaître les méthodologies et les outils clés du traitement de la Data : ETL, BDD, SQL, outils data Analytics, plateforme de services cloud, langage de programmation

**Gestion de projet et d’équipes**:
Le chef de projet DATA doit maîtriser les outils et les méthodes de gestion de projet (planning, budget, risques, etc., Méthodes agile, Waterfall).

Il doit également être capable d’évoluer dans des environnement complexes, faire preuve de leadership et d’adaptabilité face aux imprévus. Il sait coordonner la contribution de chacun des intervenants et fédérer les énergies de chacun pour créer les conditions d’un succès collectif.

**Aisance relationnelle communication**:
Les projets DATA bénéficient généralement d’une forte exposition au sein des entreprises. Doté d’un très bon relationnel, d’une capacité d’écoute et d’analyse aiguisées, le Chef de Projet DATA doit pouvoir établir des relations de confiance et d’adopter une communication efficace avec l’ensemble des parties prenantes (direction générale, équipes techniques, interlocuteurs métiers, sponsors, etc.)
