**Présentation**:
ASMPT est l’un des leaders mondiaux dans la fabrication de machines de placement de composants et de sérigraphie pour la fabrication de cartes électroniques. Historiquement il s’agit d’une ancienne division de Siemens qui a été rachetée par le groupe asiatique en 2011. La société est leader dans l’industrie électronique Européenne grâce à la performance de ses machines, à ses références (Siemens, Bosch, Valéo) mais surtout grâce à une politique d’innovation très poussée, basée à la fois sur la R&D et sur des investissements stratégiques. Cela permet à ASMPT de renforcer sa place de leader sur le marché.

A noter qu’ASMPT est très impliquée dans l’usine 4.0 avec des solutions digitales adaptées aux évolutions de l’industrie.

Le responsable opérationnel France & Europe du Sud anime une équipe de 14 techniciens en France pour entretenir un parc de 400 machines environ et en installer plusieurs dizaines par an.

L’équipe possède majoritairement des compétences en électromécanique et en informatique industrielle. En effet toutes les machines sont interconnectées avec l’amont et l’aval de la chaine de production mais aussi en interaction avec le système d’information du client et notamment la GPAO.

**Poste**:
L’ouverture de ce poste fait suite au développement d’ASMPT sur la partie Est France. Il est capital pour l’entreprise d’être présent sur ce secteur afin de répondre au mieux aux demandes des clients en proximité. Rattaché à Damien Gaudy, Senior Manager Service Southwest Europe, au sein d’une équipe à taille humaine, ce cadre aura pour principales missions de:

- Réaliser l’installation des équipements et garantir leurs bons fonctionnements sur ce secteur
- Produire le service de support et de maintenance auprès des clients (SAV/hotline).

Une importante période de formation est prévue à l’arrivée du nouveau salarié à la fois au siège Europe en Allemagne et 6 mois en binôme sur le terrain. Il aura ainsi toutes les clés en main pour mener a bien ses missions.

Le technicien pourra être appelé sur le territoire national et en support ponctuel auprès de distributeurs en Europe du Sud (voyages réguliers à prévoir).

Rattachée au Senior Manager Service Southwest Europe la personne recrutée aura pour principales missions:

- Mise en service de nouvelles machines chez les clients, en relation avec les équipes du siège (préparation, installation )
- Réalisation de la maintenance corrective, améliorative et préventive
- Garant du fonctionnement optimisé des équipements de production ou des solutions logiciels concernés
- Faire preuve de très grande disponibilité auprès des clients
- Capable d’analyser les problèmes et de les résoudre
- Formation opérationnelle des clients sur l’usage de la machine
- Collaborer avec le centre d’expertise machine à Munich pour identifier et résoudre les pannes
- Mises à jour du parc machine avec les évolutions récentes du produit
- Partage d’expérience avec l’équipe de techniciens d’ASM sur des solutions mises en œuvre pour résoudre des problèmes machines
- Identifier les opportunités chez le client.

**Profil**:
De formation Technicien (Bac+2/Bac+3), diplômé en électrotechnique et/ou informatique industrielle. La personne recrutée sera dotée d’une expérience de 5 ans minimum à des fonctions de maintenance ou de déploiement de machines complexes en autonomie en milieu industriel. La connaissance du secteur de la production de cartes électroniques est un réel atout pour ce poste.

Une maîtrise des compétences en électricité, électronique, automatisme, informatique (réseau/serveur) et mécanique est indispensable.

Les interfaces avec les distributeurs européens, le centre de compétences à Munich et les autres techniciens en Europe, nécessitent une bonne maîtrise de l’anglais. Le poste est en home-office, avec des déplacements fréquents.
