Clinical Trial Assistant

Our scientific experts accompany our clients in their projects, throughout a drug development or health product and its evaluation.
We are hiring for our client, an international pharmaceutical company, a “clinical trial assistant” M/F.
At the international level, he/she will work with different international clinical operations leads and study team leaders who manage the studies.

**Your main missions will be**:

- Be responsible for the filing of study documentation and support the study team in the oversight of the TMF
- Administrative support to the managers: slides, excel files
- Organization of the trips, travel expenses
- Give support on the organization of different meetings by teams or in presential
- responsible for meeting minutes as required by the study managers
- Give support in the welcoming/ onboarding of new comers
- TMF Archiving
- Any other tasks that could be delegated by the other members of the team
- Back up of other assistants if needed.

**Required profile**:

- Proven assistant training and experience
- At least 2 years of experience in clinical trials
- knowledge about GCP (training ICH_GCP in the last 2 years)
- Good skills in IT tools: excel, power point
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a dynamic environment with shifting priorities
- Very good communication skills
- Knowledge of English (writing and speaking)
- Very good Team spirit

Type d'emploi : Temps plein, CDD
Durée du contrat : 6 mois

Salaire : 40 000,00€ à 45 000,00€ par an
