Your Role and Responsibilities
In this role, you'll work in our IBM Client Innovation Center (CIC), where we deliver deep technical and industry expertise to a wide range of public and private sector clients around the world. These centers offer our clients locally based skills and technical expertise to drive innovation and adoption of new technology.

As a Software Developer you'll participate in many aspects of the software development lifecycle, such as design, code implementation, testing, and support. You will create software that enables your clients' hybrid-cloud and AI journeys.

Your primary responsibilities include:

- Envision, design, and build the Software infrastructure that keeps the solutions running (.NET)
- Challenge ideas, identify problems and create efficient solutions.
- Collaborate with development peers and lead the way staying up to date with tools and technology trends.

Required Technical and Professional Expertise
- Excellent knowledge of the.NET Core framework and a good understanding of dependency injection.
- Proficiency in the basics of SQL language and REST service development.
- Good understanding of practices such as TDD, Code Review, Pair Programming, Clean Code, Refactoring, and the use of Design Patterns.
- Experience with standard.NET development tools (Visual Studio, Git and its workflows) and a continuous integration, configuration, and deployment tool (Jenkins/CloudBees, Ansible, Helm Charts, etc.).

Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise
- Experience in project management or team management
- Fluent in French and English
