Notre client, **une scale-up dans le domaine des solutions de santé numériques**, s’engage aux côtés des professionnels de santé pour transformer leur quotidien. Depuis 2015, cette entreprise développe une infrastructure robuste et agile, permettant aux professionnels de santé d'accéder aux bonnes données, au bon moment, pour chaque patient.
Aujourd'hui, plus de 800 hôpitaux et 20 000 professionnels de santé utilisent leurs solutions pour alléger les charges administratives, personnaliser les soins et accélérer la recherche clinique. Grâce à l'innovation constante de ses 160 collaborateurs passionnés, notre client vise à bâtir un futur où les soins sont plus efficaces et accessibles.
L'équipe Engineering couvre l'ensemble des aspects technologiques et développe des solutions ayant un impact concret sur la vie quotidienne des professionnels de la santé.
Vous rejoindrez l’équipe qui joue un rôle clé dans l’optimisation et la sécurisation des flux de documents critiques, tout en assurant une gestion efficace des charges et des dépendances. En rejoignant cette équipe, vous aurez l’opportunité de travailler sur des solutions de pointe dans un environnement dynamique, où chaque contribution est précieuse pour améliorer les opérations et services.
- Concevoir et mettre en œuvre de nouvelles fonctionnalités, tout en assurant la maintenance et la scalabilité du code existant ;
- Participer à l'amélioration des outils et bibliothèques internes ;
- Contribuer activement aux revues de code et à l'amélioration des compétences de l'équipe ;
- Accompagner et encadrer les développeurs juniors en matière de pratiques et de méthodologies ;
- Tester et maintenir une bonne couverture de tests sur les nouvelles fonctionnalités ;
- Participer à une veille technologique active pour rester à jour sur les nouveaux frameworks et outils ;
- Contribuer au développement et à l'optimisation de l’architecture technique globale.
- Plus de 6 ans d'expérience en développement, avec une expertise solide dans l'amélioration continue des équipes et la fourniture de solutions techniques de qualité ;
- Maîtrise de **Ruby** et **React**, avec une expérience avérée dans des projets significatifs ;
- Pragmatique, vous privilégiez des solutions testées et fiables qui apportent rapidement de la valeur aux clients ;- ️ Esprit d’équipe : Vous valorisez la collaboration et souhaitez encadrer les membres moins expérimentés tout en apprenant des autres ;
- Bonnes compétences en communication, en français et en anglais, pour interagir efficacement avec l’ensemble de l'équipe ;
- Des connaissances dans le secteur de la santé sont un plus apprécié
**Infos pratiques**:
- Poste ouvert au télétravail complet, basé en France. Si vous êtes basé à paris: 2 jours de présentiel /semaine
**Salaire et autres avantages**:
- Rémunération compétitive selon profil entre 65 et 75k€;
- Télétravail flexible ;

**Processus de recrutement**:
- Entretien RH avec le/la chargé(e) RH ;
- Entretien avec le manager de l’équipe ;
- Test technique à réaliser à domicile (20 minutes), suivi d'un débriefing et d’un exercice de conception en direct avec un architecte et un(e) Senior Software Engineer ;
- Entretien final avec un membre de la direction technique ;
- Vérification des références.
