**Poste et missions**:
**Dans le cadre du projet de notre client, nous recrutons un ingénieur qualité produit (PQE) orienté(e) assemblages électromécaniques. L’activité principale sera de diriger l’activité QCP (Quality Control Plan) du client. L’activité QCP est la gestion des exigences de qualité du client dans la production. Elle va de l’alignement de la fabrication à l’examen des dossiers de qualité et à l’organisation d’inspections par des tiers. La deuxième activité principale sera consacrée à la conduite de la mission qualité standard, y compris la surveillance et l’amélioration de l’AQ/CQ, l’amélioration continue, l’enquête sur les non-conformités.
- Gestion des commandes de QCP des clients,
- Élaborer une matrice d’inspection de la qualité avec l’ingénierie/le soutien (pour mettre en œuvre correctement les QCP du client).
- Gestion des inspections par des tiers et du dossier de qualité du client associé (en collaboration avec l’équipe chargée de la documentation sur la qualité)
- Participer au data cleansing et au data visualisation dans PowerBI
- Aider à définir et à développer des indicateurs de statut et des mesures de performance pour le programme de qualité.
- Fournir une analyse des tendances sur les questions de qualité et les mesures de performance.
- Réaliser des audits internes.
- Examiner le plan d’inspection de la qualité interne et si besoin apporter des améliorations : FPY, RTY, analyse statistique
- Élaborer, mettre en œuvre et maintenir des procédures d’inspection et d’essai conformes au système de gestion de la qualité (SGQ).
- Contribuer aux plans d’amélioration de la qualité.
- Enquêter sur les non-conformités des produits et y remédier, en collaborant, le cas échéant, avec des experts en la matière.
- Analyser des données dans un large éventail d’environnements commerciaux afin de faciliter l’analyse et l’amélioration des processus. Utiliser des métriques, des rapports et des outils de contrôle des processus pour assurer le suivi, l’analyse et la résolution des problèmes.
- Utiliser des outils et des techniques statistiques de qualité pour réduire le coût total de la qualité.
- Coordonner les processus de déviation et de non-conformité et veiller à ce que les actions correctives et préventives s’attaquent aux causes fondamentales.
- Créer et classer les rapports d’incidents relatifs à la qualité des produits. Diriger et coordonner les enquêtes sur la qualité des produits.
- Assurer la formation au système de gestion de la qualité et veiller à ce que les niveaux de compétence appropriés soient maintenus.
- Veiller au respect des systèmes de gestion internes et externes.

**Profil**:

- Ingénieur mécanique/électromécanique/électrique
- Expérience en matière de qualité
- Expérience en audit
- Expérience en milieu industriel
- Connaissances en analyse de données
- Expérience avec SAP et PowerBI
- Excellentes compétences en communication
- Maîtrise de l’anglais
